This copycat Phattro recipe instantly transports us to Disneyland! Found at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, this counter-service restaurant gives us major Satu’li Canteen vibes from Animal Kingdom’s Pandora - World of Avatar. Teeming with unique indoor seating options, one can enjoy their meal while inside an air-conditioned, other-worldly hangar. This is also where you’ll find the highly reviewed, Fried Endorian Tip-yip and Oi-Oi puff (Oi Oi Puff copycat recipe here).
Phattro contains only three ingredients: Gold Peak unsweetened tea, Odwalla lemonade, and desert pear. This makes it a straightforward and, therefore, easy to replicate at home. The exotic flavor is the desert pear, a gorgeous purple-pink syrup made by Monin and is a worthwhile purchase since it's also a key ingredient in Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge’s Meiloorun juice and Pandora’s Night Blossom drink (the Nav’i drink it, too!).
Of the three, non-alcoholic beverages served at Disneyland's Docking Bay 7 that we've recreated at home, this is the most thirst-quenching. It’s not thick or sugary like Moof Juice and not as polarizing as the Batuubucha Tea. You could easily drink a big gulp of this on a hot day in Batuu and feel good about it. Essentially, it’s a fruit flavored iced tea, but a really gooooooood one. The unsweetened tea flavor isn’t that prominent, so we think even non-tea drinkers will enjoy it.
Interestingly, while researching this, we read that this non-alcoholic drink in Disneyland is an alcoholic beverage within the Star Wars universe (as seen on The Clone Wars animated series). If you’d like to make your Phattro into an alcoholic cocktail, we think it’d be easy to add some. We added red wine to ours and realized it's a pretty scrumptious sangria base. We think Disney might have missed an opportunity here to offer an alcoholic version of this at Oga’s Cantina. But, at home, you can add whatever you'd like. Here’s our take on Phattro!

Something isnt right on ratios. This is just tea, original was much sweeter and more fruit tasting.
